The Core API is TeamCare’s read layer. It exposes your practice’s own data through opt-in, HIPAA-compliant endpoints, so you can build dashboards, run reporting, or keep an external system in sync with TeamCare as the source of truth. v2 is served from https://api.teamcaredental.com/api/v2/vendors. Every location-scoped request carries a request_key in the X-Vendor-Request-Key header instead of a location_id in the URL; see Quickstart for the flow.

What you can pull

  • Practice — organizations, locations, operatories, and staff.
  • Patients & Clinical — patient records, referrals, and treatment plans.
  • Scheduling — appointments, appointment types, and scheduling leads.
  • Billing & Insurance — ledgers, insurance claims, verifications and plans, claim payments, and fee schedules.
  • Reporting — daily and monthly production stats and dashboard metrics.
